As part of the repair process, the wizard needs to uninstall and reinstall NVivo’s database component.
It is recommended you continue with the uninstall and reinstall process to repair the database component.
If the issue still persists, please swubmit a Support request form containing as much information about the issue as possible. We will investigate the issue and contact you.

Note: You must be logged on with an account that has full Administrative privileges to use the ‘NVivo Installation Repair wizard’.
The above instructions are only required where you are opening standalone NVivo projects. If NVivo is only used with NVivo Server projects in your organization, you don’t need to use this wizard.
